Hello real world

Yesterday I received a letter in the mail, stating my insurance contract had been cancelled because I no longer lived in Alabama. In a panic, I called the customer service number and explained to them my situation. At first they told me there was no way they could reinstate me unless I had a water or utility bill in my name at my Alabama address. Then I told them I was a student interning at Samford and they became a lot easier to deal with. The rep informed me I needed to fax Blue Cross my internship contract between Samford and aro, and hopefully will be reinstated by tomorrow afternoon! Of course I'm at the office and the paperwork is at the house, but we do have a fax machine at the home office! (*big sigh of relief*) So this is what it means to be a "big girl"....(even though I did immediately call my mom) :) Stay Tuned! ~A
